***Fully Booked!***
** Due to injuries and COVID delays in our team, we are very behind with everything at this busiest of Spring times! So we’ve decided to change the plan for this day slightly, and put the call out to our community for a big community working bee!**
Join us for this very special Members’ only community gathering and working bee on the land here to mark flowering of the Hawthorn blossom and the coming of Summer! Known in Wales as Calan Mai, or as Beltane in other Celtic lands, this is a time when the land is bursting with life and colour - the perfect time to get together and celebrate the coming of the harvest season.
We’ll be planting, prepping no-dig beds, setting up strings and irrigation for tomatoes, harvesting and drying herbs, compost making and much, much more! A beautiful lunch from the land will be provided, as well as tools and gloves. Just bring yourselves and sturdy boots!
